My name is Tim Blattel and I am President of Twin Oaks Senior Living . I am a licensed Nursing Home administrator and vice president of Missouri Assisted living Association. I have been working at Twin Oaks for 38 years. What I enjoy about working at Twin Oaks is working beside my wife , children, siblings, cousins and staff. I love watching the relationships formed between the residents and staff. We truly are one big family in the end here. In my free time I enjoy being with my family, friends, fishing, playing golf and Assumption Church.





My name is Kathy Blattel and I am Financial Director and part of the ownership team.  What I love the most about my job is hearing laughter and seeing joy throughout the day.  I have been part of Twin Oaks Senior Living for 37 years.  I love working with my family, choreographing musicals, farmers markets and time with my kiddos and grand-babies.





My name is Kim Bauer and I am Director of Human Resources. I have been involved in Twin Oaks Senior Living since its opening in 1981. My favorite part of working here is seeing the employees interact with the residents with so much respect and love for each and every person. What gives me joy is being with my family, traveling and riding motorcycles with my husband, Dan.





My name is Mary Ann Huber and I am the Founder of Twin Oaks Senior Living. I started Twin Oaks 38 years ago to give residents a place where they can be independent but at the same time have their social and medical needs met in a loving atmosphere. I was married to my husband, Bill, for 55 years and have 4 beautiful children, 11 precious grandchildren and 6 energetic great-grandchildren that I love spending time with.





My name is Leon Blattel and I am Co-Owner and Maintenance Consultant for Twin Oaks Senior Living.  I have been part of our company for 24 years.  Previously, I  worked for General Motors as a supervisor and then retired after 30 years. I enjoy traveling with my beautiful wife Louise of 62 years to Florida and getting to know all my neighbors here at Heritage Pointe.

My name is Justin Blattel and I am the Executive Director at Twin Oaks Heritage Pointe. I graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Entrepreneurship. What I enjoy most about my job is getting to know our residents and their families.  I have been part of Twin Oaks Senior Living for 16 years. I enjoy working with my family, fishing, playing softball, and being outdoors with my wife and kids.

My name is Rho An McCoy and I am the Director of Admissions for Twin Oaks Estate. I have had the honor of working here since 1983, the year that my grandfather became a resident.The positions that I have held are medication assistant, housekeeper, bus driver, cook and activity director. Twin Oaks has been my hobby for 36 years. I enjoy the company of my five kiddos, four grandkiddos and the best husband ever- Joe McCoy. I’m one lucky gal! 

 

My name is Kathy Swanegan and I am the Director of Admissions for Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe Senior Living Community. I have been a RN for forty years and I love working at our community. It is such an honor to work with our residents as they are so grateful, courageous and truly the “Greatest Generation.” I’m most proud of our community because it is kind, caring and family owned.  I enjoy my special time with my family, especially my four little grandsons and gatherings with my friends.

 

My name is Ashley Kreitner, and I am the Social Worker/Activities Director at Twin Oaks Heritage Pointe and granddaughter of Mary Ann Huber. I have been working and volunteering at Twin Oaks from a young age. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work, and absolutely love every day I spend with the residents. My favorite part of working at Twin Oaks is throwing parties for the residents and our Fun With Food Activity! When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband Jake, going to Branson, MO, and waiting for the Christmas Season to start so that I can decorate my house and watch hallmark movies!

My name is Margaret Allmon and I am Director of Nursing for Twin Oaks Estate and part of a dynamic group of nurses and nurse aides. I have over 35 years of nursing experience-I am a new-comer to Twin Oaks with only 22 years of service. What I love about my job is that no two days are alike, I am never bored and always challenged and in some part strive to make a difference in the lives of our seniors. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, reading to and being read to by my grandson and playing any sport with him that bounces rolls/kicks/catches a ball!

 

My name is Terri Winkelmann and I am the Director of Nursing at Heritage Pointe.  I am proud to work for such an amazing team. I have been a nurse for 33 years, with almost all of that time spent taking care of seniors in one capacity or another.  I love being an advocate with, and for our residents. When not working, I love spending time with my kids and grandkids and I am a huge Cardinals baseball and St. Louis Blues fan. I am also an avid reader and researcher of many things paranormal.

 

My name is Terri Reelitz and I am the Nurse Aide Supervisor for Twin Oaks Estate. I have happily been at Twin Oaks for 37 years. I love the owners as well caring for the residents, they all feel like an extended family. In my spare time I enjoy going camping and hanging out with friends and family.

My name is Denise Jefferson Hayes and I am Assistant to the Director of Nursing at Heritage Pointe Assisted Living. I have been with my wonderful employers since November 2015. I have four children. We moved to Wentzville in 2014 from Columbia to be closer to my family. I have been an LPN for 7 years. I attend New Hope Christian Church here in town where I sing in the choir every Sunday. Last year I purchased my first home here in town which was a very exciting time for us. After work I love spending time with the children!

My name is Larry Conner and I am the Food Service Director at Twin Oaks Senior Living.  I have been with the company for 20 years.  This company has made me feel as if I am a part of their family and not just an employee!  I love coming to work to fellowship.  In my spare time I enjoying hanging out with family, watching HGTV & Food Network, and Karaoke!

 

My name is John Ruggeri and I am the Director of Dietary at Heritage Pointe and have been passionate about the restaurant business since I was 14 years old working as a Cabby Boy for Ruggeri’s on the Hill.  I most recently owned and operated Gio’s Ristornate’ in St. Louis (2008-2018) and Ruggeri’s Ristorante’ in Wentzville (1997-2008).  I am blessed to be at Twin Oaks and love to bring joy to the residents through food!

 

My name is Lisa Green and I am Assistant Director of Dietary at Twin Oaks at Heritage Pointe for 9 years. What I love about my job is seeing smiles on our residents faces when we talk about food.  My other passion besides food is gardening and spending time with my grandkids!!

My name is Doris Bridegan and I am the Housekeeping Supervisor at Twin Oaks Estate.  I have been a part of Twin Oaks Senior Living for 29 years. Giving even moments of joy to the elderly is very rewarding to me.  I enjoy thinking up fun ways to motivate my housekeeping team because they, in turn, are happier caregivers, and that has a trickle down effect on our residents.I  love spending time with my family, and my 9 grandchildren, dancing, traveling, photography, gardening, sewing, and making people smile!

 

My name is Tina Garrett and I am the Director of Housekeeping at Heritage Pointe.  I have been a part of Twin Oaks Senior Living for 6 years. What I love most about my job is working around all the senior citizens in our community and working with a great staff. I enjoy spending time with my family camping and fishing.

My name is David Westrich, aka, “Cousin Dave,” and I am the Maintenance Director for the most awesome Senior Living Community in the State. My background includes Electrical Contracting, so I enjoy the maintenance department because there is something different to do every day. I enjoy all of our fabulous residents and employees, and in my spare time I enjoy hunting, pastoring a church, and hanging out with my wife and grand kids.

My name is Tracey Sutton and I am the Activity Director at Twin Oaks Estate and part of this awesome Twin Oaks Family! What I love most about my job are the residents and knowing that I am a part of something so much bigger and greater. I have been a full-time employee since 2010 but I have been family, friend, and volunteer since 1983… what an amazing and glorious ride! I love working with my mom, art & music, time with my family, and cracking jokes or pulling pranks with my son! Thank you to Mary Ann Huber for this ‘Golden’ opportunity!

My name is Mary Beth Olendorff and I am the Administrative Assistant to Tim Blattel.  I have been a part of the Twin Oaks Family since 2007, but I have know the owners since 1st grade so I feel like I’ve been part of the family since grade school. What I like most about my job is the “family” I work with. My hobbies include photography especially of eagles and old barns. I love being outside in nature and hiking, with my favorite hiking place in the mountains. 

 

My name is Sandy Ohrman and I am the Administrative Assistant for Twin Oaks Senior Living at Heritage Pointe.  I have 40 years of office experience, with the last 9 being a part of the Twin Oaks team.  What I love most about my job is whether it be staff or resident, Twin Oaks is one BIG family genuinely caring for each other.  I love spending time with my family, being outdoors and playing with my grandbabies.

My name is Michelle Palmer and I am the Director of Resident Services for Independent Living.  I have a Bachelors Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Missouri State University.  I’ve worked for 14 years as a Recreation Therapist with seniors in a hospital setting and have spent the last 12 years working in Senior Living.  What I love most about my job is that every day is different and gives me an opportunity to help the residents, to learn from them and to have fun with them!  In my spare time, you can usually find me enjoying my son’s baseball games and my daughter’s show choir performances.

 

My name is Jessica Brannan and I am the Property Manager for Twin Oaks at Stone Ridge and Stone Ridge Villas.  I oversee the day to day operations of our affordable housing as well as ensure that all the residents are meeting the state requirements for these facilities.  I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Heath Care Administration, both from Lindenwood University.  I have worked full time for Twin Oaks since 2013, was part time at Heritage Pointe before that, and grew up around the Twin Oaks facilities!  In my spare time I like to painting, crafting, making wreaths, and spending time with my husband and two boys.
